Our 45-minute adult boxing sessions are designed to help you get fit, lean, and sharp, while also improving your reflexes and coordination. In every session, you will relieve tension, increase fitness, burn calories, and tone the upper and mid-range body.
We also offer boxing classes for kids that teach them the importance of living an active/healthy lifestyle, self-defence, confidence, discipline, and respect. A fully qualified boxing coach with children’s check registration conducts these sessions.
