BOXING STUDIO
Spanning an entire floor, our boxing studio is designed by professionals. It is equipped with a boxing ring, heavy bags, floor-to-ceilings, speedballs, and more.
STRENGTH STUDIO
Our strength studio includes a fully functional training space, sled track, free weights, power racks, lifting platforms, and cardio equipment.
TEAM TRAINING
A professional coach conducts our group training sessions to ensure you get maximum benefit. We also offer 1:1 coaching for those looking for more personalised support.
